I used to have a domain xymalf.com on bluehost due to the dashboard not being able to update wordpress i went to the control panel but like an idiot did a new install of wordpress that wiped out my site. Bluehost said they could not restore the site. I unlocked the site and sent EPC code to a new hosting company but transfer could not be completed because bluehose deleted the site and locked it again. New host still has not refunded me for the new hosting package – i could not use the new site. I have lost 2 years of posts and will have to write apps again when i get a new wordpress site.
