Loopholes in British law.

If you lend money to somebody who is unemployed and they won’t pay you back you have little chance of getting the money under British law. You may win a small claims case but you can only get an attachment of earning if they are in work. How stupid is this?

If you take a company to court but they are in fact using their name as a trading name, even though you pay money to this company -the judge will rule that they are just a trading name and you will have to pay their solicitor costs even though you were the one being wronged.

Another loophole is immigrants use the right to family life even though they are not living with somebody just to avoid deportation.

Do you know any more loopholes?
