I am not impressed by restaurants that just serve pretty pictures on plates. I want value for money and to eat a meal that fills me up. I would not pay for a small plate of carrot salad just because the carrots have been cooked 4 ways. What also annoys me is the trend to cook meat so that it is served pink with blood still oozing from it. Pink meat is dangerous, animals have tapeworms so meat should be cooked well enough to stop the chance of you eating live eggs etc.
